Where do your link in bio clicks come from?
You can often see which platform sent someone to your link, but not always. Here is how to read it honestly.
What you can see
The site the click came from, when the browser says. Many apps don't say, so the direct row can be big.
You can also see a rough country and a device type, in hourly totals. Together that is enough to tell which place sends people to your links most, and which link they choose.
What you can't
Some apps never say where a click came from, and a visitor's own settings can hide it too. Those clicks land in a row called direct, so a large direct row is normal and doesn't mean anything is broken.
A count is a count of clicks, not of people. The same person can tap twice, and two people can look the same. Treat the numbers as a direction, not a headcount.
Why some clicks aren't counted
We skip known bots and link previews. Search engines and chat apps often open a link to build a preview, and counting that would make a page look busier than it is.
How Monkeys in Space reports it
On your Links screen you see the clicks on each link and where your page visits came from, in the same plain terms. We count clicks, not people. No cookie follows a visitor around, and the public page loads no ad or analytics tracker.
